Sumwon Studios, the Dubai headquarters of the multi-brand apparel collective, was conceived as more than a workplace—it is a physical expression of the creativity, ambition, and identity of the brands it nurtures. The design balances industrial restraint with hospitality-inspired warmth, creating an environment that feels equally suited to focused work, collaboration, and creative exploration.

A double-height arrival space establishes the tone through polished concrete floors, brushed stainless steel detailing, and sculptural forms, while living greenery and natural materials soften the architectural language and introduce a sense of calm.

As the workplace unfolds, each space adopts its own character while remaining connected by a cohesive material palette of concrete, stone, steel, and textured finishes. The café, creative studios, executive lounge, and social spaces each support different modes of working and interaction, from focused thinking to informal exchange and play.

Curved forms, integrated lighting, and carefully curated furnishings create moments of contrast and personality throughout, balancing structure with freedom and precision with experimentation. The result is a headquarters that reflects the essence of a modern brand incubator: disciplined enough to deliver, yet flexible enough to inspire creativity.
